Description
This 11 video, 60 minute course is a prerequisite to the Data Quality Tool course. This course includes Check Your Knowledge quizzes that must each achieve 60% correct answers to move to the next video. Topics covered in this course are: CoC & HMIS Definitions and Responsibilities, overview of required federal reporting, the role of data in the NOFO process, understanding system performance measures, and the role of data in the community. Also covered are concepts of data quality, an overview of required federal reports, an overview of common data quality flags, instructions on how to generate a data quality report for your program, and tips for correcting data quality issues.
